The hand-crafted, squeeze-cast IQ Cookware is suitable for induction and all other cook tops, with an optimum thickness of the pan base to prevent warping and keep the pan base perfectly flat, even on glass top or ceramic ranges.

The pan thickness and unique ceramic-titanium surface allow for browning, searing, and deglazing. The patented nonstick surface is created by firing ceramic-titanium particles into the pan, with a specially formulated nonstick compound embedded in the ceramic-titanium surface. This durable surface allows the use of metal utensils, and the Scanpan Green Tek non-stick surface is PFOA-free in all stages of the manufacturing process.

Scanpan IQ Cookware can be used with high heat frying and is oven safe to 500-degrees, featuring an ergonomic handle design and lid knobs. The recycled squeeze-cast aluminum construction distributes heat quickly and evenly, with no hot spots, making any cooking task a breeze. Cleaning only requires soap, water, and a little effort.
